About BaseLeap

Enterprise CRM experience. Industry hours.

BaseLeap is built in Australia by a team that has delivered enterprise CRM before and has worked in the industries it serves: mining and resources, construction, mechanical and industrial services, trades, plant and AV hire, labour hire and recruitment, and professional services.

Why it exists

The middle that was not there.

Most businesses in these industries run on three or four tools that do not talk to each other, a spreadsheet that does, and one person who knows how it all fits. The alternative was an enterprise CRM priced for a bank, and an implementation project standing between you and the first job.

BaseLeap is the middle that did not exist: one set of records from the first call to the final invoice, configured rather than coded, licensed per user per month, with the field app and the FIFO roster built in rather than bolted on.

How it is built

Four decisions the rest follows from.

One set of records

Every solution runs on the same organisations, contacts, sites, orders and invoices. A technician’s time becomes an invoice without anyone retyping it.

Configured, not coded

Objects, fields, layouts, record types, validation and workflows are metadata. The system changes in Settings, not in a release.

Secured in the database

Row-level security on every table, per tenant and per licence. The wrong person cannot see the wrong row, whatever the application does.

Built for the field

The mobile app queues work in a dead zone and replays it in order when signal returns. Site is where the product is judged.

What we hold to

Five things you can hold us to.

01

Say it plainly

If a basic CRM is all you need, we will say so. The case for BaseLeap is the part after that.

02

The field is the product

A feature that does not survive a dead zone on a phone is not finished.

03

Nothing invented

A figure the system cannot defend is not shown. A status is derived from the facts, never trusted from a stored field.

04

Yours to configure

Fields, layouts, picklists, rules and workflows are yours to change, without asking us and without a developer.

05

Australian first

Your timezone and currency, en-AU throughout, and compliance certificates to the Australian Standards your auditor asks for.

The team

The people you will deal with.
