BaseLeap Recruitment

BaseLeap Recruitment, in detail.

Requisitions, candidates, pipelines, applications and compliance. Each area below is in the product today; the pictures are close-ups of the screens and of the components they are built from.

01

Requisitions

The role you are filling, and how far along it is.

A requisition holds the role, openings, location, rates and owner, and can be raised straight from a labour hire order. Its pipeline tab shows every candidate against it.

  • Requirements, openings and owner
  • Raised from a labour hire order
  • Client and site from the shared records
  • A pipeline tab on the requisition
  • Its own layout, editable without a developer
02

Candidates

The person, and everything you know about them.

Candidate records hold trade, readiness, availability, mobilisation point and preferred roster, with files and documents under restricted access. Duplicates are detected and merged.

  • Trade, readiness and availability
  • Files and documents, access-restricted
  • Activity and notes
  • Duplicate detection and merge
  • Custom fields and layouts
03

Pipeline

Where everyone is, without asking.

Candidates move through stages on a board per requisition, by drag and drop. Every move is recorded, so time in stage and conversion are reportable rather than remembered.

  • Stage pipeline per requisition
  • A board across open roles
  • Movement recorded, not remembered
  • Filters and saved views
  • Reporting on conversion
04

Applications

One candidate against one role, as a record.

An application links a candidate to a requisition and carries its own stage, rating and history. Careers-page applications arrive straight in.

  • Applications as records
  • Status through to offer
  • Linked to requisition and candidate
  • Email against the record
  • Careers-page applications straight in
05

Compliance

The tickets that decide whether a placement is legal.

Certifications and qualifications are held per person with expiry dates, and each role states what it requires. Status is derived from the dates, so it can never be stale.

  • Certifications per person
  • Expiry reminders to a real recipient
  • Requirements per role
  • Documents under restricted access
  • Visible after placement
06

Shared with labour hire

The front half of labour hire, on the same records.

Recruitment and labour hire share one set of organisations, contacts, sites and people. A placed candidate becomes a resource on an assignment without being typed in twice.

  • One organisation and contact model
  • Candidates and resources in one platform
  • Placements against the requisition
  • Reporting across recruitment and deployment
  • Switched on per licence
